ENGAGE BEING FIT TO STUDY

As a senior student, its hard to maintain being healthy while doing countless home work and activities.  

That is why every year nutrition month is conducted in schools to remind students to watch their diet, sleeping schedule, and daily routines.

Because a good nutrition plays a vital role in helping students stay energized, focus, and ready to learn. Eating a balanced diet filled with fruits, vegetables, whole grains, protein, and plenty of water helps improve memory concentration, and overall performance in school.

During the busiest days I turn to skip meals---especially breakfast---leading to lack of energy through out the day.

So start by making healthier food choices and build a good eating habit as a student!.

That not only supports your academic success but also lays the foundation for a healthier future.
